Important Registration Information
NOTE: Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received.
Payment may be made by cheque or credit card. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club are the only accepted credit cards. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by THPL’.
Cheques should be made payable to the CSM 2009 and must be received by 16 September 2009. Following this date, all registrations must be paid for with credit card. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Cheque payments should be made payable in Australian Dollars and drawn on an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted. You may not pay your fees by direct transfer.
Acknowledgements
Details of your registration will be sent via email or post with acknowledgement of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form. Once your registration and payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation letter and receipt. At the meeting you will receive the final program, the book of published papers/meeting documentation and a list of delegates.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Meeting Managers.
Registration Fees:
- Before 22 July 2009 will incur an A$150.00 cancellation fee.
- Before 16 September 2009 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
- On/after 16 September 2009 there will be no refund.
Accommodation:
- A minimum one night’s deposit must be paid or credit card details given at time of booking to guarantee reservation
- Deposit is non-refundable at 16 September 2009.
Social:
- Payments are non-refundable at 16 September 2009.
Optional Tours:
- Payments are non-refundable at 16 September 2009.

Entrance to Meeting
Each member of the meeting will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Meeting Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the meeting and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the meeting, or through cancellation of the meeting, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Meeting Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
